Awakening the Saints
for the work of the ministry
A call from God to love his neighbor led Rich beyond the four walls of the church and into the heart of Seattle to meet people where they are. In the harvest, God’s gifts come alive in people, and Rich has been anointed with the ability not only to recognize and activate those gifts but also to train, equip, and guide others in discovering their calling. His passion is to help believers step into their God given purpose, raising up ministry leaders who are prepared for the work of the ministry.
He gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to perfect the saints, for the work of the ministry, and to edify the body of Christ till we all come into the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God. – Ephesians 4:11-13
